Time to turn off the flat screens and turn on the lights.
This ‘hidden’ part of the hotel foyer is ideal for an intimate chat or a business meeting.
Or perhaps just sitting quietly by yourself, away from the madding crowd.
The hotel is so pet-friendly that you can even bring a ceramic dog and it will be welcomed!
There are doggy treats available for pampered pooches as well as an outdoor area where your pet (and you) can enjoy some exercise.
Just hanging around.

Traipsing down the rainbow-coloured corridor in the early hours of the morning…
Where was I headed?
I was off to try out something off this menu at 02h00…
Seeing this was for research purposes and the fact that I had enjoyed a substantial dinner, I chose a toasted chees and tomato and waited to see who was awake in the kitchen at that time of the morning.
The staff member at the desk was wide awake doing paperwork when I walked up to her, I thought I might find her asleep…but not at all.
Not only was she awake but she was cheerful and keen to chat while I waited for my order.
The order took slightly longer than expected to deliver and I realized why when I saw the freshly fried chips on the plate. An element I was not expecting.
Was the snack everything I was expecting? It certainly was and it was a lot faster than sitting in my room waiting for room service to appear.
Well done to the brand for making this part of your food offering.
While I was enjoying my chips and toastie, the staff were already laying out the crockery and cutlery for the breakfast service that was only due to start at 06h00.
