A return visit to one of my favourite Sun Destination properties.
Why? Mainly because the waterhole in front of the camp attracts a variety of game, so you can enjoy special sightings without even leaving camp.

Standing tall.
Many international guests believe that giraffes should be added to the BIG 5.
I have been on drives where overseas guests have requested that we leave sleeping lions as they have spotted giraffe and zebra in the distance.
Elephants enjoy time at the camp waterhole and visit several times a day.
One particular elephant gets ‘grumpy’ if the tap that replenishes the waterhole is not turned on!
This is so his herd can drink fresh water rather than the water that is in the dam.
Impressive!
This female leopard was spotted some distance from camp, however on a previous visit, where we had spent the entire drive looking for leopards, we returned to camp to find one drinking at the waterhole!
The soul of an elephant is situated in its eye.

Bliss! This warthog was enjoying a mud bath.
A stationary Steenbok. Not the way they are usually seen as they tend to bound away as soon as a vehicle passes by.
