These Jacana chicks greeted us as we drove
from the reception to the lodge…
There are hand-built wooden pathways that connects
the villas to the main building
And, to sort of quote a movie title…
“Many rivers run through it”
Each Villa has a different theme…this was ours
And you can see how it was named.
Just a small “doffing of the hat”…
We had a Nespresso machine,
and although my wife looked in every cupboard…
she could not find George Clooney
A gift from the owner…
We REALLY did not want to leave our accommodation!
Chairs with a view…even in inclement weather
From our deck…
This is what we awoke to on the first morning…
And the same view on day two.
A huge bathroom, that looked out over a different part of the valley
From inside the shower.
I do wish I could play the piano.
Chopsticks does not really count
The main reception area…stunning!
There are small groupings of items on most of the surfaces.
Makes each visit a sort of treasure hunt.
The owner has the most wonderful eye for detail
Inside the Spa.
One of three pools that guests can utilize between treatments.
Do come and visit us very soon.
The peace and tranquility will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.
