I thought of putting one of these in our entrance hall back home.
The only problem…
It would fill the space!
A public seating area in a corner of the Living Room
Wonderful views out towards the Indian Ocean
The Living Room
Not being a drinker, I did not frequent this bar…
however , it is a great space to sit and enjoy sundowners.
The pool has a spectacular view.
The hotel as seen from the beach
Look closely at the lady in thre foreground.
She had buried herself up to her waist in the sand!
I did go to the state-of-art gym…
to take this picture!
This was as close as I got to dolphins in this trip.
This fountain was in the courtyard in front of the gym
The entrance to the dining room
This is Ester.
The staff in the dining room were attentive,
but not intrusive.
And I never saw them without a smile.
The very friendly reception staff…
Natasha and Mishindi.
Always helpful…
The first time I have noticed Kite-surfers.
Out on the water as the sun sinks into the west.
A Dhow passes my hotel balcony
A final Zanzibar sunset…
A final visit to Stone Town…
I will be sad to say goodbye to this island and its wonderful people.
