East meets West as we travel to Ambre Hotel…

We crossed the island (thanks to SummerTimes) west to east.
It rained in the middle…
Traffic laws are STRICTLY enforced.
South Africa could learn a thing or two from this country.
I remembered this from my last, somewhat fleeting, visit here in 2013

My favourite piece of furniture.
It might look like a retro fridge,
but it actually is a cupboard that conceals the mini bar.
All of the contents are FREE!

You can entertain friends in this shower…
No bath, and the toilet is separate…
which is a much better idea than incorporating it into the main bathroom

The decals on my suitcase are starting to get a bit travel weary

You can relax in the pool and look out over the ocean

Or you can relax in the welcoming reception area.
