Dinner at Le Touessrok

1354

Before I headed for dinner at the Three-Nine-Eight restaurant I took a quick look around the reception area
Why 3-9-8?
You will have to visit and find out for yourself!

Reflections

A dining experience…
The restaurant is divided into “themed”food areas

This is the “Roast, Grill & Middle Eastern section.

There was yummy chicken on offer together with delicious small baked potatoes
My choice:
Fish vindaye with Creole rice and veg…

I did include veg on my plate

Goat cheese…for the herd!

The Pastry Shop…
Desserts galore.
My choice…a small strawberry panna cotta

The Asian ‘Wok’Corner.
I did taste the Crispy Fish…and just a FEW shrimp chips.

The cheese section

Mains…unless you feel like a different choice

Salad bar

Desserts…this is where my selection came from

If you feel like carbs, then the Baker’s Oven is for you

And just when I thought I had seen all that was on offer,
I discovered the Mediterranean ‘Cuccina’

Good Pizza with a variety of toppings…

There was live music during dinner.
The vocalists, twin sisters, Veronique and Annique Clarisse, are internationally recognized.

Some of the Mauritian plant life…

In case you fall into one of the many pools…

Back to my suite…bed calls…
No, I lie…it is screaming for me!
