MadikweWildlifeNature (birds & mammals) Lycaon pictus…on a Jaci’s game drive By David Batzofin - November 20, 2012 951 Share FacebookTwitterWhatsAppEmail I got excited when I spotted this Wild Dog on our first game drive This is typical “dog” behaviour and I believed that this was all we were going to see of them Then these puppies sat up… as the adults arrived lots of interaction… and making sure that all 12 pups were present and accounted for could be a “poster dog”for the veterinary dental association Each dog has individual markings… Time to hunt… one last look at our vehicle… salivating in anticipation? a yawn… or two… a pose… one last relaxing moment before the hunt begins time to gather the troops… This puppy decided to catch a quick nap… The pack sets off a couple of the puppies get side tracked by an object they found in the grass And little playfulness between youngsters. This particular pack consists of 16 adults and 12 puppies that were born in June.
