Like dune boarding at Indigo Bay
Freezing cold in Kwandwe Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape
Looking for the Ocean in Zanzibar
Or stroking a Warthog in KZN
Or releasing her inner child on a swing
We have shared wonderful meals
And had pictures taken while dressed in vine leaves (on a spice plantation in Zanzibar)
She has a funny side…
can be introspective…
and thoughtful
Her slight smile might mean that she knows something that I don’t
We have shared coffee and rusks in Sabi Sands
Pancakes in Hartebeespoort…(also the setting for our first date!)
and  friends birthday parties…
After our first balloon flight…and a bumpy landing in a field.
Her smile that lights up my day and my life…
Caro put our names in a heart on a wall in Italy!
