With the power being off this morning and my gate motor not allowing me out of the property
I was reduced to taking pictures of a dripping tap…
It was soon being used as a feeding station by this Dark-capped Bulbul
One of my favourite garden birds and highly entertaining.
The tap was also being used by this Cape Robin-Chat
Last year a nest was build in our Jasmine bush and it looks like they are returning!
time and time again it returned carrying a variety of nesting material
This twig is almost the same length as the bird!
Not to be outdone, the Bulbul returned…
 
But the Robin was to have the last word…
The power returned and I had to get back to doing “real” work…
