Guitars at the ready…let the competition commence.
First up, Black Shadow(aka Vince)…without his Super Hero outfit…always a tough slot, but he set the tone for the evening.

Hendrik brought his marketing skills to the competition and arrived with sample Cd’s for the audience and the judges! Good thinking…
Andrew brought two guitars so that he did not have to be concerned about tuning between songs…clever.He brought his guitar skills as well as his set consisted of three instrumentals.
The next performer brought a fan club with him…sign and all…
I suppose it was difficult to fit his stage name on the poster…State of Kings(aka Jerard)
The final performer certainly brought a cheeky side to close out the evening
Just Adam rounded off the evening…as it was a public holiday evening (International Workers Day) there were only six performers and not the usual seven.
A few final words from Bruce and it was time to say “Good night”.
Time to pack away the guitars and wait to hear if any of these participants had made it through to the semi finals…all will be revealed in due course!
