Spring in South Africa starts officially on 01/09…but the flowers that were already on display while we were in Vietnam were spectacular…so I thought that a bright Blog might put us all in the mood…
Not sure what this is…but it is beautiful…
This would probably be more at home in Scotland…their national flower,the Thistle!
This I recognized as we have one in our garden…a Hibuscus
Aside from Orchids, the Lotus has to be one of the most awesome flowers…
This large butterfly would not stop long enough for me to get a clean photograph…but this one works!
