I thought I would share our Vietnamese itinerary with you…
My wife and I flew out on Malaysian Air and after a stop over in Kuala Lumpur we landed in Saigon where our adventure began.
Wi-Fi permitting I will try to update this on a daily basis and,of course, I will be adding images both here on the blog as well as on david batzofin photography
I do hope that you will follow us as we uncover the sights, sounds and culture of this wonderful land
Day 1 : Ho Chi Minh City
Day 2 : Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels
 Day 3 : Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta
Day 4 : Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang
Day 5 : Nha Trang – mud bath at Thap Ba hot spring center
Day 6 : Nha Trang – Hoi An
 Day 7 : Hoi An
Day 8 : Hoi An – My Son – Da Nang – Hue
Day 9 : Hue
Day 10: Hue- Hanoi
Day 11 : Hanoi – Halong
Day 12 : Ha Long bay – Hanoi – Sapa
Day 13 : Lao Cai – Sapa
Day 14 : Sapa – Lao Cai
Day 15 : Hanoi + water puppet show.
We will be having lunch at the Koto restaurant.
Established by an Australian Vietnamese businessman,
 this establishment was started in order to give underprivileged students the opportunity to enter the world of food.
Day 16: Hanoi City – Departure
We return to Johannesburg just one day before my birthday…
We had a wonderful time,
met interesting people,
AND more importantly it was cheap compared to Europe.
